The conference registration fee for the Athens Conference is 450€. The reduced early bird registration fee is 375€ until April 1, 2023. For practitioners, the prices are 550€ and 450€ respectively. The fee includes participation in the conference sessions, conference proceedings, conference dinner, coffee breaks and lunches on the conference days. Doctoral students may participate at a reduced fee of 250€.

The registration fee for the Syros component of the conference is 150€. The reduced early bird registration fee is 120€ until April 1, 2023. For practitioners, the prices are 180€ and 150€ respectively. The fee includes participation in the workshops of the Research Colloquium and the Doctoral Consortium, the conference dinner on Thursday, a Wednesday tour of the Ergostasio (old textile factory), coffee breaks and light lunches on Thursday and Friday. Syros used to be the textile capital of Greece. Doctoral students may participate at a reduced fee of 120€.
